This Shipping Policy describes how Timex Express processes, transports, and delivers shipments across our network.
We offer express, standard, and freight options. Estimated delivery times depend on origin, destination, mode of transport, and service selected at booking.
Shipments should be securely packed and labeled. We may refuse improperly packaged goods or items that pose a safety risk. Pickup windows are scheduled based on location and capacity.
Once booked, you can track your shipment using AWB, reference, or forwarding numbers on our tracking page. Scan updates reflect hub and delivery milestones.
Delivery is attempted to the address provided at booking. Failed attempts may result in re-delivery, hold at hub, or return to sender per service terms and local regulations.
While we strive for on-time delivery, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, customs clearance, remote locations, or force majeure events.
Cross-border shipments may require additional documentation, duties, and customs processing. You are responsible for accurate declarations unless otherwise agreed in writing.
