This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel a shipment booking or scheduled pickup with Timex Express.
Bookings may be cancelled without penalty if the shipment has not yet been picked up or manifested in our system. Submit cancellation requests as early as possible through your account or our contact form.
Once a shipment is picked up or in transit, cancellation may not be possible. Return-to-origin or redirect options may be available at additional cost.
Pickup appointments should be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance when feasible, so we can adjust route planning and avoid no-show fees where applicable.
Late cancellations, repeated no-shows, or cancellations after processing may incur charges as per your service agreement or quoted rate.
Eligible prepaid amounts for cancelled bookings are handled under our Refund Policy.
